With over 35 years in the
foodservice industry, the last
19 as an independent consultant,
John has represented cheese
manufacturers and dairy industry
companies in promoting the
fine qualities of all things cheese
on national and international levels.
John’s chef background and extensive
restaurant experience give him a
keen understanding of the inner
workings of the foodservice industry.
John has presented cheeses, cooking
techniques and recipe ideas to major
restaurant chains as well as individual
high-end chefs around the globe.
John has served as a chef consultant to the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board for nearly two decades, and through this work, he has developed strong relationships with cheesemakers and cheese manufacturers throughout Wisconsin.
Other clients, including the United States Dairy Export Council (USDEC), have utilized John's experience and skills to educate chefs internationally as well as in the States.
John has developed a deep understanding of the ins and outs of the cheese business and can communicate well with all facets of the industry, from retail and foodservice professionals to salespeople, distributors and manufacturers.
